Michalek is a lot better then McDonagh IMO...completely different tiers of players, 20g30a is a nice forward.

Michalek is a fantastic player, and young, but the injuries the past two seasons have ruined his BBKL value. That is fine with me though, I am in a position where I can hold onto him until he regains his value.

McDonagh is gonna be really good, but i agree with nick, one of the most underrated players in the bbkl is michalek (because of his cap hit and the team he plays for)

but better lie cmon Luc Robittaile is the LW that got the most point in the nhl history. How can you compare a 5th or 6th rounder to Luc Robitaille?
I feel this deal was a good one for both team and I feel the best player ain't Michalek at all. First of all I couldn't I got Michalek and Teubert for Dipietro and Montoya.
then i took them and got Ryan wich I feel he got way more value in the BBKL since he's young with a nice cap. Then you got Victor Oreskovich that I believe will have more playing time this year. Also James Wright is doing very well in TBL and Matt Walker gives me Cap. I feel I did very well but I guess who gives a rat ass about advice and opinion. Not me, not anymore. By the way Jersey I hope calgary 1st 2012 become 2nd overall, then Washington will get it for a top 15 pick. LOL!!!

Michalek hasnt hit even 40 points in over 2 years, and that isnt gonna change.
The injuries have hurt his career and I dont expect that to improve.

Apparently Frank thinks I'm supposed to be upset about this deal because he got McDonagh. Whoop-de-do. I have Luke Schenn.
