If it made sense it would be referred to as evaluation, not overevaluation.

If it made sense it would be referred to as evaluation, not overevaluation.
I meant NHL GMs value picks way more than we do here. But it makes sense because of one main reason: Free Agency.

Absolutely. Also, because they are worth 13 NHLers on draft day.
