When I traded Calgary's 1st Rounder to Scott (NJD) I got a top two protection on it, I am merely trading those rights to Frank. If that is illegal (not sure why it would be), I can just give the pick to Frank in the event that it is top 2 at years end.

Well, for starters, telling Chuck one thing on my behalf, when I told you another, and then blurring the semantics of the deal by omitting my request is one of those little things you fucked up on. Whether you purposely manipulated it because of Chuck's tendency to back out of a deal if he doesn't like it, I don't know. But telling me I'm replaceable in a deal without even apologizing or accepting accountability for your fuck-up makes me think you have a lot to learn about dealing with people.
