Nichol is better than Sobotka, Langenbrunner, D'Agostini, Perron and Crombeen.MSP4LYFE wroteCOLONNichol doesn't even project as a regular on STL, blocked by (Backes, Berglund, Arnott, Sobotka) up the middle, and (Oshie, Macdonald, Langenbrunner, Perron, Crombeen, Steen, Stewart, Dagostini) on the wings. Big win for Shiv, IMO.
you mean a concussed and out of the lineup Perron maybe?Shep wroteCOLONNichol is better than Sobotka, Langenbrunner, D'Agostini, Perron and Crombeen.MSP4LYFE wroteCOLONNichol doesn't even project as a regular on STL, blocked by (Backes, Berglund, Arnott, Sobotka) up the middle, and (Oshie, Macdonald, Langenbrunner, Perron, Crombeen, Steen, Stewart, Dagostini) on the wings. Even if you eliminate Perron, Nichol won't be his replacement as a top 6 scoring forward. It is more likely that Phil McRae gets the call, I also don't anticipate Perron missing too much time this season. The possibility still exists that he starts the season, but it is more likely he plays a few weeks after that to be safe.kyuss wroteCOLONyou mean a concussed and out of the lineup Perron maybe?
Nichol will play 75+ games barring injury.MSP4LYFE wroteCOLONEven if you eliminate Perron, Nichol won't be his replacement as a top 6 scoring forward.
