I don't see what the big deal is? Eminger is a career 20 point dman with periphs, last year was an anomaly. Jussi is riding shotgun with the Kid in Carolina.

Aren't you the same tool that complains about original managers raping past GM's to get where they are? This is about as bad as any deal I've seen, with a few exceptions.

I could understand that viewpoint if it was 3 scrub prospects for Carlson, but we are talking about someone who put up 65 points barely a year ago and Wins 170 FO as a winger, Emingers h2h numbers aren't far off of Carlsons with about 20 points less.

I wouldn't make the deal if I thought I wasn't atleast breaking even. Let's not act like I'm putting down my return. Carlson is a great kid with an ass tonne of potential and just as much hype. Let's hope he lives up to it.

Value-wise, Lee still wins, but he's not lying about the numbers... Matt got enough in return I'm sure. The only thing left to ponder is if they will replicate or better those numbers compared to Carlson's 2011 numbers...
