Top 20 BBKL General Managers

I would like every General Manager to PM me their top 20 General Manager list. Once every manager has submitted me their lists I will present the data. Each 1st place vote receives 100 points, second place receives 95 points, third places receives 90 points and so on and so forth. The criteria for this list is as follows:
Criteria for Voting
A) Sustained Success
B) Inheritance
C) Future Outlook
D) Approachability
YOU CANNOT VOTE FOR YOURSELF

You aren't in the bottom 10 but w.e.
