hmm yea i agreed that it would be a fair compensation but you said you wouldnt do it...and then when the 2 3rd round waivers thing ways denied it went to the CC. After they ruled that the penalty was a 4th, now you all of the sudden want to do the 5th. I dont want to be ass here but I really dont know if i should confirm this when I (and correct me if I am wrong) was awarded a 4th. I like ya frank but doesnt seem right to me lol.

TBH Frank I see why you are mad but that was the decision made. In the talks we had before you said "I dont want to give up my 5th". 100% your words, so saying you did not turn that down is 100% false. You are attacking my character for wanting what was awarded to me when you are outright lieing, I dunno to me its easy to say who has character in this situation. You made the mistake not I, I went to you to try to resolve it, didnt work out. After this it went to the cc, they made a decision which was a 4th ( higher than fair value I realize but it was a fine ) and yes I do want that, who wouldnt...you would too. My point is this, yes I could have taken the high road and accepted your offer, but you wouldn't accept it from me when it was my offer. I knew I would get more if it went to the CC yet I tried to resolve it between you and I, I caught the error and I came to you first only wanting a 5th. So what ever attacks you want to make about my character fine do so, but I never did anything shady.

you guys that mess up need to just admit that it was you, people complaining about 3rd & later picks are just silly... go onto hockey db, select a draft year.. and take a peek at how many NHL players come from later then the top 60 picks, then think about the years of waiting, then check the odds that you get something of importance.
