CBA expiring. fallback plan?

Do we have any ideas in mind incase the resulting outcome of the currently expiring CBA turns into a lock out?
Also, if it turns out to be a situation similar to the Crosby draft, will we follow the NHL order of drafting lottery or have our own (and how will it be fair to everyone) ?

We'd have a lockout.
We'd go by the NHL's drafting lottery, like we do for our current entry draft.

Well, we use our standing and apply the lottery outcome to our own.
I'm talking about teams being placed into a bucket and being drawn out, similar to how Pittsburgh acquired Crosby.

There is no way there would be a full year lock-out again. Maybe also think they will just renew the current one for 1 year while negotiations continue.
I'm trying to find all the factors that were used to determine which teams got 3 balls, 2 balls and 1 ball. I know it had something to do with past playoff births, etc. If we get all the factors, we could hold our own. But if it's possible to use the NHL's, that's what we will be doing.

I know, but it's definitely good to have something in place just in case something does happen. I can't see them locking out again so soon.

ALL-AHL FANTASY HOCKEY BITCH
I actually had a dream regarding this matter on a few occasions, where even the minor/AHL guys had stats posted up on live scoring for the respective games THEY'VE played on a given night. I'd so cream my pants if there was a way to make that happen....

I'm trying to block out the idea of the CBA being up this year. In the meantime, I'll drown myself in Tiger baseball this summer until the storm clouds clear.
