I feel like Nick should be on here, he somehow pulled what, Crosby, Stamkos and Giroux onto his team?

That would make sense....if this past offseason was being taken into account. The awards timeline is last offseason through the playoffs. Nick had Giroux all year, and got Crosby and Stammer this offseason so those trades don't really qualify.

Shiv'll take it on the mere fact that he turned his non playoff team to a playoff team mid season and made it to the finals, great feat

shiv has and is always the best trader in this league

Scott was like a mega combination of Me, you (mike) and shiv.

He loved his picks (mike), he loved his prospects (me), and he loved having a power house (shiv)....scott always seemed to have an abundance of everything. How he managed to put those teams together just blew me away.

As much as my dislike on shiv.. Have to say this annual award is his to lose

I wish there was a way to mathematically quantify each teams trades into a single number, I bet the results would generate candidates most of us wouldn't even consider.

I didnt read the description but when you see "Car Salesman", you dont think about quality , you think about quantity. We all know who that is.

Awarded to the GM who makes the best trades. and Car Salesman Award seem like two different things to me.

One I give to Anton during this past season, and one w/o a doubt goes to Shiv.
