Rule 1, pick your team, once your team is chosen they are off the table (unless it's the Jays).

It seems as if we all want the Jays, so if you sign up for the jays your name will go into a hat and will be drawn on a date the (baseball) CC will decide. If you sign up to be drawn for the Jays, i will ensure there will be a team left for everyone when the draw is over.

For example, 8 guys sign up for the jays draw, well until the draw is over i will ensure 8 teams will be available for those GM's, you won't have the pick of as many teams (obviously) but you will be in the running for the jays!

1) When all teams are finalized with GM's we will be using the current roster as of that Date.
2) We will be using a teams 40 man roster, with 25 prospects of your choice in their system.
3) Each team is responsible for starting 3 OF, 4 IF (1 at each position), and 1 Catcher. One Utility/DH will be used in both leagues (= 9 batters).
4) Each team is responsible for:
a) 5 starting pitchers each week.
b) 7 relievers each week makes (total of 12 Pitchers)
* Extra starting pitchers can be used as relief pitchers.
