In order to make it a good series i think we need to win game 1 though.


We need confidence, if we can grab some in game 1 the leafs can make a good/long series out of it!

My problem going against boston in rd one is that I believe it will be such a war of attrition that whichever team moves on is going to be very banged up.

I do love Boston though, my fav city outside of Halifax.

Liked your guys' chances better against the Habs...I think the Sens are going to take them down. The Bruins are either going to snap out of their funk in a big way and beat the Leafs in 4 or 5 game or they'll stay ice cold and the Leafs get through in 6. Can't start cold at home...the ACC will be hopping if the Leafs go home with a split or a 2-0 lead. If the Bruins defend home ice, they'll be fine.

Whichever team wins will be hurting big time.

I actually think game one is more important to the Bruins than the Leafs. They have played awful of late, and are IMO a fragile team right now. Not the same chemistry and vibe as the cup winners in 2011-12.

The Bruins are essentially the reverse of the Wings...you want to play the Bruins now that they're struggling much like I don't think you want to play the Wings now that they're warming up. The Bruins are going to a bitch to knock out if they can get Lucic rolling again and they can survive this first round.

Wings are damn hot, great goaltending down the stretch, too bad I wasn't in playoffs to make use of it!
