CC Question
Are there going to be any updates on Trading LTIR players for the sole purpose of cap circumvention or to reach floor? Or does such a rule already exist?

Re: CC Question
ya i know, that's why i'm saying we can use him as an example
Thomas was traded to the isles, to bump them over the floor.
if they can do, we should be able to do it?

Re: CC Question
No not Thomas becaseu he was a legitimate cap that could be movable like Wade Redden before being bought out or even Sean Avery. I am referring to LTIR players that cannot be traded in the NHL like Marc Savard, Chris Pronger?
Re: CC Question
agree, no concern with suspended or demoted players under legit contract.Big Fun wroteCOLONya i know, that's why i'm saying we can use him as an example

Lol I just noticed his block has Pronger. I never intentionally picked him. It was just something i remembered from last season i thought we were looking into because these players cannot be traded in NHL.
Re: CC Question
I started talks on in way way back (more than a year ago) - but it seemed to be an added layer that did not have much interest.
